SIPNOSIS : Members of SWORD win against Wangan Rengogun, which is led by Kohaku (Akira). The city becomes peaceful again. Nevertheless, the most brutal gangs, Doubt and Prison Gang, appear. They try to dominate the area controlled by SWORD.
